The association for animal protection, Arca lui Noe, in Cluj was founded in August 2003. In october 2008 we started a sterilization program for the dogs without an owner and for the dogs with owners to a reduced price, in exchange of the 230 form completed by the owner . From january 2009 we daily feed around 120 dogs, we have sterilizated more than 900 dogs and cats and we have found homes for over 1500 dogs and cats, all cleaned, sterilised and with proper vaccinations. We also collaborate with people and associations from other European countries, such as Holland and Sweden. We kindly invite you to join us!
