We had a very disappointing experience - we booked and fully paid for the weekend, but she never arrived and did not communicate or provide any reason. As a result we lost a lot of money and still have not received a refund for the service that was not provided. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this service based on what happened.

I’m honestly confused by this review. I’ve never taken any bookings through this platform, never received any money, and never even spoken to anyone about pet sitting. I have no idea who this person is or what they’re referring to. There must be some kind of mistake, and I’d appreciate it if this could be checked.
